Our conviction

Negotiation is a skill, not an innate talent.

Our conviction is simple: with the right preparation and the right method, any professional can negotiate at a higher level. Negotiation is not a gift you are born with. It is a skill that is learned, structured and refined.

NEGOCOACH grew out of a plain observation: the most talented executives too often leave value on the table. Not for lack of intelligence, but for lack of tooling. We provide that tooling.

Faced with growing demand for negotiation support, the decision followed naturally: bring together three complementary expertises, so as to match the stakes each client actually faces.

Alexandre Baumberger

Founder and Director

Negotiation professor at KEDGE Business School, Alexandre has led numerous institutional audit engagements in sensitive settings, in France and abroad, involving restructurings, shareholder disputes and governance issues. His hybrid profile, at the meeting point of law, economics and management, makes him a sought-after expert for securing complex negotiations and reaching agreements that are both durable and legally sound.

Laurent Bompar

Expert contributor, negotiation teaching

Laurent holds a doctorate in management science, teaches negotiation on the Grande École Programme at KEDGE Business School Bordeaux, and is a recognised expert in sales performance. With more than 20 years of experience, he has run over 400 in-house seminars on sales management, negotiation and behavioural models, training thousands of salespeople and managers.

His research covers sales management by objectives, behavioural models, negotiation, and the use of humour in client relationships. He also writes case studies on the major sports equipment manufacturers, combining academic rigour with market reality.

Priscilla Neevort

Expert contributor, communication and client relations

Priscilla is a seasoned communication and client relations professional, shaped by working with some of the largest organisations. After several years at Bouygues, then within the teams at Publicis where she built sharp expertise in strategic communication and key account management, she developed a broad view of the human dynamics at work in business relationships.

For the past six years she has taught at KEDGE Business School Bordeaux, passing on to Grande École Programme students her knowledge of human relationship management, negotiation and professional communication. Her approach is resolutely hands-on, rooted in a fine understanding of corporate codes and stakes. A certified public speaking trainer, she helps executives and teams gain impact, clarity and conviction. Bilingual French and English, she works in both national and international settings.

NEGOCOACH is founded and directed by Alexandre Baumberger. Laurent Bompar and Priscilla Neevort contribute as external experts.
