These terms govern the sale of the credit packs offered on negocoach.fr. They are accepted by the buyer before any payment.
1. Seller
HANDIVIA 33, trading as HANDICODE, a French société par actions simplifiée with a share capital of €10,000, registered office at 77 avenue du Général Leclerc, 33200 Bordeaux (France), registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 802 221 366 (SIRET 802 221 366 00023), VAT number FR20802221366.

2. What is sold
The seller sells credits, units of account used to access the site's AI-powered features: Arena practice sessions, assessments, debriefs, analyses and reports. The credit cost of each feature is displayed before it is triggered.
Credits are not currency. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded in cash. This is a one-off purchase: no subscription is taken out and no recurring payment is set up.
3. Packs and prices
Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The packs currently offered are:

The seller may change its prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Order and payment
Ordering requires an account on the site. Payment is made in one instalment, by card, through Stripe. The seller has no access to card details: they are collected and stored by Stripe alone.
The entry HANDIVIA 33 appears on the buyer's bank statement, as it is the seller's registered name.
5. Delivery
Credits are added to the buyer's account immediately after Stripe confirms payment. A receipt is sent by Stripe to the account's email address.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain on the account for as long as it exists.
6. Right of withdrawal
The packs are digital content supplied immediately, without a physical medium. Under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the buyer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged losing that right.
That request and acknowledgement are collected before payment, through a dedicated checkbox. Failing that, the buyer keeps a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the purchase, exercisable by writing to contact@negocoach.fr.
Credits already used are not refundable, performance having taken place.
7. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should be sent to contact@negocoach.fr. The seller undertakes to reply within fifteen days.
Under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer buyer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to settling a dispute amicably. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided on request at contact@negocoach.fr.
8. Liability
Content produced by the artificial intelligence is an aid to practice and reflection. It is neither legal advice, nor financial advice, nor a guarantee of any outcome in a real negotiation. The buyer remains solely responsible for how it is used and for the decisions they take.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction. A consumer buyer may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
